Can I modify my order?

No, but you can contact us as early as possible. We could help cancel, hold or split your order. We cannot make any changes once the order is shipped.

 

How soon will the order ship?

In general, we need 1-3 business days to prepare your order. The delivery may take 4-8 business days for most countries. A shipping notice will be sent to you once the order is shipped.

 

How do I cancel my order?

Please contact us at the earliest time so that we can help you. We can’t cancel it for you once the order is shipped.

 

Why can’t I receive your confirmation email?

Please check if the spelling of your email address is correct or not. If not, please contact us to modify it.

We offer free ground shipping for order amount over $59.

 

Can I get my order expedited?

We offer faster shipping estimated to arrive in 3-5 business days for a free of $15. Please note there may be carrier and weather delays that can affect arrival times.

 

Can you ship to military bases/APO/DPO/FPO/PO.BOX?

No, we cannot ship to military bases/APO/DPO/FPO/PO.BOX.

Returns & Exchanges

 

What is your return policy?

We gladly accept returns within 60 days of receipt for most items in new condition if you're not satisfied with the items you received.

 

The following items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged : ① Items On Clearance, ②Gift Card, ③Underwear & Accessories: Face mask, Coverings, Bra, Lingerie, etc. ④ Customized Items.

 

When will I get my refund?

Please allow 10-14 business days for your return to process. We will send an email notification once the item(s) have been received and the refund has been initiated. From this date, the full refund amount will appear back in the original account within 1-3 business days.

 

If you return your items after 60 days from the delivery receipt, we reserve the right to refuse your return.

 

Can I exchange my order?

Yes, If you want to exchange the product for another size, color or style, please return the items within 60 days of purchase and we will process the exchange for you as soon as we receive the item.

 

When will the exchange item(s) be shipped out?

We will send the item out in 1-3 business days after receiving your shipping-back tracking number.
